Our Senior Activity Group Has a Busy Summer Planned

The Sterling United Methodist Church Senior Activity Group is currently in San Antonio, Texas having a great time.

But there is much more to come this summer!

Here are some of the highlights:

The event scheduled for Thursday, May 31,  “Jesus” at Sight and Sound Theatre is currently SOLD OUT.

On Thursday, June 7, Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception and Hillwood Estate and Gardens Trip, 8:15 AM-5:15 PM.  The cost is $37.

 

Registration will open May 27 for the following trips:

Wednesday, June 27 – “Mama Mia” at Toby’s Dinner Theatre Trip,  9:15 AM 5:15 PM.  Tickets will be sold on May 27.  The cost is $75.

Thursday, July 5 – “Always…Patsy Cline” at Riverside Theatre Trip, 10 AM-6 PM  Tickets will be sold on May 27.  The cost is $82.

Tuesday, July 17 -“Murder for Two” at Totem Pole Playhouse Trip, 10:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.  About $62.

September 10-14 – Niagara Falls Trip. Double Occupancy $490, Single $650.

 

Registration Opens on June 24:

Sunday, July 29 – Sterling Playmakers’ “Beauty and the Beast” / Dinner, 1:30-7 p.m.  $13.

Wednesday, August 8 – “A Chorus Line” at Riverside Dinner Theatre Trip, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.  $82.

Tuesday, August 21 – “Queen of Bingo” at Totem Pole Playhouse Trip, 10:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.  About $57.

November 12-15 – Biltmore Estate / Asheville Trip.  Double Occupancy $416, Single $550.

 

Registration Opens on July 22:

Thursday, August 30 – “Love, Lies and the Lottery” at Rainbow Comedy Playhouse Trip, 8 a.m.-6:30 p.m.  The cost is $71.

The Senior Activity Group (SAG) is a ministry of Sterling United Methodist Church designed for older adults (mid-fifties and better).  New members are always welcome. Membership packets are available in the Church Office or for more information contact Mark Humphrey at 703-726-6311 or
