The Wesley Service is designed to allow time for weekly communion, reaching deep into our Methodist roots to recapture John Wesley’s understanding of the importance of the sacrament of communion. In This Holy Mystery: A United Methodist Understanding of Holy Communion by Gayle Carlton Felton, the author states, “John Wesley described the Lord’s Supper as ‘the grand channel whereby the grace of his Spirit was conveyed to the souls of all the children of God….They (John and Charles Wesley) knew that Holy Communion is a powerful means through which divine grace is given to God’s people.”

Our Wesley service has an order of worship distinct from our other services, providing an opportunity for focused contemplation in the presence of God. We encourage you to experience this unique worship experience.
