What They Couldn’t Do…
April 6, 2024
During the season of Lent, we will explore a model for Christian discipleship, built around five essential practices – practices that we engage in both collectively and individually in order to more fully follow Jesus. Join us as together we worship, grow, serve, give and share – closing the spiritual gap in our lives.
Look for these icons throughout the season as we work to understand and find ways to live into these practices.
We were created for worship. When we cultivate a rhythm of daily worship through gratitude and praise to God, we experience the fullness of God’s grace and flourish in the Christian life.
Love God with your heart, soul, MIND, and strength. Be deliberate in exploring concepts and ideas that expand your mind and help you grow in faith.
Jesus calls us to live a life of service to both God and others. It is essential to following Jesus to serve daily.
Living a life of generosity is using our time, talents and resources to serve God and bless others.
We are called to be Christ’s ambassadors, sharing God through word and deed.
Join Pastor Bert on Tuesdays beginning February 27th for a weekly interactive online experience. You Are Here, a series of weekly trail markers for your Lenten walk, will be streamed live on Facebook and YouTube at 7 PM. All are welcome!
