You are invited to be a part of a ministry offering at Sterling UMC called Celebrate Recovery (CR). This ministry offers the opportunity to find hope and healing through Jesus Christ, as well as personal and spiritual growth.
Celebrate Recovery is a caring, safe and confidential community where we can be real with our struggles, learn how to unravel why we do what we do and ultimately realize there is the spiritual power in a relationship with Jesus Christ that fuels a personal process of examination, healing, restoration and hope that really works.
Please come and see what Celebrate Recovery is all about! You are welcome here no matter where you are on your spiritual journey.

There is a small suggested donation of $5 per child or $10 per family. This to help SUMC provide the staff and supplies needed to create a safe, fun place for children.
If this presents a hardship, please talk to Mar!

’I try to attend a Celebrate Recovery meeting each week. The coming together of people of a like mind and the lessons we hear help remind me to reflect on myself and how I can become a better version of me. I find strength in the testimonies we hear at these meetings as well as the sharing in open share groups. I am grateful for the standing up of a Celebrate Recovery in Sterling which is very convenient for me to attend. I pray strongly for its success!’

I enjoyed the sharing part, hearing what others are dealing with and how they are coping. I care about these ladies and wanted to hug them all.
