Traditional Service – 9 a.m.
The 9 a.m. service has a traditional order of worship; hymns from the United Methodist Hymnal and its supplement, “The Faith We Sing,” as well as participation from the Aldersgate Choir and preaching by Pastor Linda Monroe. Periodically, other music ministries such as drumming in faith, the children’s choir or the bell choir will provide an offertory or prelude during this service.
Communion is served on the first Sunday of the month. The service includes time for fellowship and prayer as well as a Children’s Moment towards the beginning of the service, after which elementary aged children are dismissed for Sunday School.
Please note that currently the 9 a.m. in person service is limited due to restrictions required as a result of the pandemic and has not returned to the full description above. The service is currently being held in the Gallihugh Fellowship Hall. Nursery services are available during this service. Pre-registration required is required for the service as seating is limited and for the nursery.
